Satellite Reports provides professional aerial roof measurement reports based on satellite and aerial imagery. Our reports include roof area calculations, pitch measurements, slope data, and related dimensional information as described in our product listings. All reports are delivered digitally in PDF format to the email address provided at time of order.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice (changes do not affect confirmed orders).
We guarantee 98%+ accuracy on all measurements. If a report contains a measurable error attributable to our work, we will re-measure and re-deliver the corrected report at no charge. Accuracy guarantee claims must be submitted within 30 days of report delivery. Claims based on disagreement with imagery sources (satellite/aerial) rather than measurement errors are not covered.
