All payments made on Find2Let — including tenant subscriptions, owner listing fees, and boost fees — are non-refundable once access or service has been granted. This applies regardless of how much of the subscription period or service has been used.
Every tenant gets 10 free direct owner contacts per month at no cost. Once the ₹99/month Unlimited Plan is activated, the payment is final and non-refundable — even if you do not end up contacting any owner or finding a home.
Additional listing fees (₹99/month per property) and boost fees (₹199/month) are non-refundable once the listing is published or the boost is activated, regardless of the number of enquiries received.
We may consider a refund at our sole discretion in genuine cases such as:
To request an exception, contact us at contact@find2let.com within 48 hours of the transaction, along with your payment reference ID.
If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days. We do not issue cash or alternate-method refunds.
