By using Find2Let, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

- Property Listings — Property details, photos, videos, and documents submitted by owners.

- Usage Data — Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction logs to improve app performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Create and manage your account securely
- Match tenants with relevant property listings
- Enable direct communication between tenants and owners
- Process subscription payments and issue receipts
- Send transactional emails and in-app notifications
- Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:
- Between Users — Tenant contact details are shared with property owners only after a verified subscription is active.
- Service Providers — Trusted partners (payment processors, cloud providers, email services) who assist us in operating the platform, bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Obligations — When required by law, court order, or government authority in India.
- Business Transfers — In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with prior notice.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/HTTPS
- Passwords and OTPs are never stored in plain text
- Access to production databases is strictly restricted
- Regular security audits are performed
However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account at any time. After deletion:
- Profile data is permanently removed within 30 days
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations
- Property listing data is retained for 90 days post-deletion for dispute resolution

Find2Let is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of Find2Let after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
