1. Platform Role

Find2Let is a technology platform operated by Stricent Technologies Pvt Ltd that connects property owners with prospective tenants. Find2Let is not a real estate agent, broker, property dealer, property manager, or a party to any rental agreement entered into between users — under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), any State Real Estate Agents Act or Rules, or any other applicable law anywhere in India. Our fees are flat-rate platform/listing charges, not brokerage or commission tied to any transaction. See our Terms & Conditions for the full position on this.

2. No Guarantee on Listings

While every listing on Find2Let is reviewed before going live, we do not guarantee that property details, photos, rent, or availability are completely accurate or up to date at every moment. Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit.

3. No Guarantee on Outcomes

We do not guarantee that a tenant will find a suitable home, or that an owner will find a suitable tenant, through the use of Find2Let. Final decisions about renting, leasing, or any agreement are entirely between the tenant and the property owner.

4. User Conduct

Find2Let is not responsible for the conduct, communication, or behaviour of any tenant or owner, whether within the app or after direct contact is established. Users are advised to exercise their own judgement and due diligence before entering into any rental agreement.

5. Third-Party Services

Find2Let uses third-party services for payments (Razorpay), communication (WhatsApp), and other functions. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party services.

6. Legal & Financial Advice

Nothing on Find2Let constitutes legal, financial, or real estate advice. We recommend users independently verify property documents, ownership, and rental terms before making any payment or signing any agreement.
